This is a summary of how Synk Health handles personal and health data. It is aligned with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
What we collect
We collect the information you provide at registration (name, contact details, date of birth), the health information you choose to add to your profile, and the documents and results generated through Synk Check bookings and lab partner uploads.
We do not sell personal or health data to third parties.
How we use it
- To create and maintain your Health Passport
- To process bookings, payments and lab orders
- To send booking confirmations, reminders and result-ready alerts
- To maintain an audit trail required for clinical governance and compliance
Your rights
- Access and export your data at any time
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Delete your account and associated data
- Control what is included in every secure share, and revoke it at any time
